Bill Myers has an excellent knowledge and background of the multiple areas of real estate, commercial, land development. Throughout several sophisticated and complex transactions, Bill was incredibly insightful, helpful and supportive in assisting me in obtaining and exceeding my goals. His communication style is excellent.  He kept me up to date and in the know for any issues that needed to be addressed. Throughout the process, I never felt like I had outstanding questions.  Everything was addressed proactively therefore the transaction went incredibly smoothly.His knowledge of the many and various financing strategies made my life easier and along with his vast experience I was able to close multiple properties in a timely manner.

My experience in some of the fields of real estate that I was about to embark in was spotty and incomplete at the best. Previously I had dealt with other agents that we not particularly enjoyable to work with and the outcome was not what I had hoped for. There were no needs for fire drills and worry.
